1. Program Description & Message Types
Our SMS program is used strictly for human resources and recruiting purposes. It sends the following types of messages to prospective job candidates who have submitted applications:
Job application status updates and follow-ups.
Interview scheduling confirmations and reminders.
Onboarding coordination, documentation requests, and logistics.
This program will never send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages.
2. Message Frequency (Cadence)
Message frequency varies based on your application status and interactions (e.g., active interview scheduling or onboarding). You will only receive messages relevant to your ongoing candidate experience.
3. Opt-In
You opt in to receive these messages by submitting your contact information through the online job application form on our Careers page ([https://alcfreightinc.com/careers](https://alcfreightinc.com/careers)) and consenting via our explicit form submission text.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
To stop receiving recruitment SMS messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation text. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from ALC Freight unless you explicitly submit a new inquiry or opt in again.
5. HELP
For assistance at any time, reply HELP to any message. You may also contact our HR and management team directly using the information below.
6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. ALC Freight does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier's standard fees still apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details.
7. Supported Carriers; Delivery
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and/or network operator and is outside of ALC Freight’s control. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility & Consent
By submitting your application, you represent that you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to enroll the mobile number provided, and that you are legally authorized to work and are 18 or older.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. No mobile information or text messaging originator opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please read our updated SMS Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we protect it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
